I was very interest to review the Moodles Presents Happy
from Parragon Books. A normal day for me includes chasing after my children and bouncing from one activity to another in hopes to complete a task from my endless to-do list. One of goals for 2016 is to take some time to focus on me. Find a moment each day to relax and reflect on my life. Most days I ride a rollercoaster of emotions. One minute I am happy and the next minute about to cry in frustration.

All you need is a pen or pencil, imagination and open mind"The book is a smaller size allowing it to be easy tossed into your handbag or baby bag to take it with you when you leave the house. Every page has a different topic to inspire you and maybe just a page to encourage you to picture the sunset and relax.

It is hard to pick one page or activity that I particularly like because they all make me smile and are so imaginative.
A couple of my favourite are:
- "Hide 20 miniature grinning frogs on other pages of this book."
- "Write yourself a Love Letter with your left hand" (Or your right if you're left-handed)
- "Draw Three Things you are grateful for today"
