January Metallic Decoration Tree with Pinty Plus

I love the cheerful festive Christmas decorations in our home every year but when it is time to take them down the house feels so dull and empty. My solution to missing the Christmas decorations is to add some metallic decor to my home. Love to add a little touch of glamour to our home to welcome in a new year in January.

I decided to transition my son's Christmas tree with metallic stars. As a member of the Pinty Plus Blogger Ambassador program, I requested several cans of the Pinty Plus Basic Metallic Gloss Spray Paints in Silver, Gold, and Copper. This fast drying metallic spray paint can be used on surfaces including wood and cardboard.

Painted Vase and Glass Scented Candles with Pinty Plus Chalk Paint Spray

Another month of being inspired by the amazing colour range of Pinty Plus Chalk Paint Spray from Novasol Spray UK. This month, I wanted to use the spray paints on glass and try a couple new colours.

I previously used Pale Turquoise and Broken White on my bench project and Blue Indigo on my white cube storage boxes project. The two new colours for this month were Turquoise and Mint Green.

Painted Stars on White Wooden Cube Baskets with Pinty Plus Chalk Paint

We are still loving our newly painted bench using Pinty Plus Chalk Paints. This month I had the difficult decision to choose a new project to use the Pinty Plus Chalk Paints on and choose a new colour from the 18 available colours. Novasol Spray UK kindly sent me 3 new colours to test out but this month I am using the Blue Indigo colour.

One of the challenges of having small children is how quickly toys accumulate everywhere in your home. Several months ago we purchased a white cube storage unit and white woven cube boxes from Argos. Even though this has been a perfect solution to the toy mess in my daughter's room, the white storage unit with white baskets could use some colour. I decided to create a simple star pattern on the front of the three cube boxes. Two boxes would have a star painted in Blue Indigo paint and the remaining box would be painted so that the star was white and the surrounding colour was Blue Indigo.

Wooden Bench Makeover with Pinty Plus Chalk Paint

After admiring Clare's new chalk painted chair on her blog, Maybush Studio, I was thrilled when she contacted me to ask if I would like to be part of the Pinty Pluser Ambassador blogging team. This was an opportunity to use a recently released range of Pinty Plus Chalk Paint Spray (manufactured in Spain) from Novasol Spray UK on a couple projects around the home.
Since Pinty Plus Chalk Paint Spray can be applied to melamine, wood, plastic, glass, canvas, metal, cardboard and polystyrene, I quickly had a long list of items that I wanted to use the Chalk Paint Spray on. I decided to paint an unfurnished wooden bench that is currently sitting in our living room.
