Easy and Quick Mexican Family Meal with Santa Maria #Review

One of my favourite meal growing up in the Pacific Northwest of the USA was my mother's Mexican nachos. She would put a tray of tortilla chips covered in cheese in the oven until the chips were crispy and cheese melted. She would season ground beef with Taco Seasoning Mix and put in the middle of the tray of tortilla chips. She then would add sour cream, chopped olives and chopped tomatoes on top.

My family enjoy Mexican meal night in our home here in the UK. My children love taking flour tortillas and fill them with cheese, salsa and sour cream. A plate of cheesy tortilla chips are always included also. Santa Maria sent us some of their products for one of our Mexican meal nights.
