{THE ORDINARY MOMENTS 15} 5 Months Old - Little Man

I definitely feel that time is flying by fast when I realise that my "Little Man" is already 5 months old. He is learning lots from his Big Sister and has many "firsts" the last month or so.
In the last 6 weeks, we took our first family holiday as family. It was the first time that he slept away from home. I think he enjoyed experiencing a beach for the first time and looking at new things but he did seem really happy when we got home. He looked really relaxed to be back in his blue bouncy chair.

He has had lots of cuddles with his sister and practiced sitting up in the armchair with his sister's support. The Spring sunshine has allowed for trips to the park and fun adventures to the Butterfly World, Whipsnade and London Zoo. He rode a train of the first time this last week to London and seemed to really enjoy looking out the window.
He also had taken his first bites/licks of food the last couple weeks. He licked some watermelon and tried some baby rice. He loves banana like his sister. This next month, we will start to give him some solid (soft) foods regularly.
His biggest milestone was learning to sit up on the floor without being supported. He gets tired after a little bit and slowing tips over (a few bumped nose accidents) but he seems to want to see the world from a different perspective. He is working on turning over when I am not looking and started to make actions like he wants to try crawling. I acknowledge that he wants to be like his "Big Sister" but I am cherish these moments of him being small and dependent on me for help.

I look forward to new adventures this next month with him. He is coming with me to BritMums 2015 and please feel free to come say "hello".
