Magical Snow Day in England

There is nothing more magical than children's reaction to snow. Little LadyBug (LL) went to sleep on Saturday dreaming of snow and woke up very early to discover a layer of white snow covering the neighbourhood. She was very excited and quickly got dressed so she could go make a snowman.

Fire Station Activity Book and Playset by Parragon Books #Review

We were very excited when after Christmas we opened our newest item from Parragon Books to review. We were sent the Fire Station Activity Book and Playset. My daughter loves fire engines. The set includes a fire station and fire engine to assemble, multiple firefighting pieces, and an activity book.

My Mother-Daughter Trip to London

This week I took my daughter to see Peppa Pig Live in London. We were very lucky when we won tickets from Donna from What The Redhead Said blog. We had a fun time seeing the show but what I will remember from that day was the joy of spending time with my daughter.

Sadly the last time I had a Mother-Daughter date was over ago. I remember shortly before my Baby Boy was born that Little LadyBug (LL) and I had lunch at Subway. Being very pregnant I was impatient to head home but LL was sitting across from me eating her sandwich slowly and just smiling at the world around her. I knew that these times of just the two of us were going to be less often once the new baby arrived and I cherished this moment.

The Home Life Project – January 2016

When I read about Clare's (Maybush Studio) new "Home Life Photography Project", I was instantly interested in joining in. This monthly photography project involves documenting your daily life for one day per month. My selection of photos below feature my children but I hope in the future to show other parts of our home and daily life.
